Who can use our website?

 Transactions are to be performed by people above the age of 18 years only. If transaction is performed by a person below 18 years of age  then it is assumed that it is done so with the consent of their legal guardian. In such cases, we also automatically deem  the consent of legal guardian to store the relevant information of their ward for use in purposes mentioned in our Privacy Policy.  WebinarPark shall not be held responsible for any liability arising from the failure of legal guardians in expressly consenting to their ward performing transactions on our website. Furthermore, If a webinar poses any age restriction, it needs to be upheld. WebinarPark is not responsible for violations of these age restrictions. By buying a ticket to the webinar, you will be expressly consenting that you meet the age requirement.
