To ensure our transparency regarding our service fulfillment, we have enlisted our terms of operation. We have also included our cancellations and refund policy. Please take a careful look at the following points

• A ticket is deemed valid only after successful payment of the webinar fees.

• Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.

• First name and last name provided in the registration form is used in the certificate issued on webinar completion, if applicable. Updating certificate might not always be possible, so care must be taken to fill in the right details.

• Email id provided in the registration form is considered valid and will receive all the event updates. WebinarPark can not be held responsible for any missed webinars due to incorrect email entries or any other reasons.

• Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

• WebinarPark is not responsible for incorrect registration form entries and no refund will be issued for missed events due to  these incorrect registration entries.

• Decision(s) taken by the workshop organizer is final and binding.

• Webinar organizers reserve the right to remove an attendee who misbehaves and/or hinders the progress of the webinar. No refund is available in such cases.

• Participants agree to abide by the age restrictions, if any, imposed by the webinar organizers. It is considered that you who attends the webinar has given their acknowledgment that they have indeed met the age requirement. If it is found that you do not meet the set age requirement, then WebinarPark reserves the right to remove you from the webinar and prevent you from attending anymore sessions.

• Recording and distributing webinar content without the permission of the webinar organizer is prohibited. Unless otherwise specified, webinar organizers hold copyright to the webinar content

• It takes about 5 to 7 working days to refund and deposit the amount to the customer's bank account .
